This is my Story

I'm a wife, a mother, a grammy, but foremost I'm a Jesus girl, Christ follower, servant, and worshiper.

I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed and stuck - struggling physically with my health, emotionally with anxiousness, and spiritually feeling far away from God. But God restored me and healed me; showing me how He created me physically, emotionally, and spiritually and the importance of caring for each part.

Psalm 30: 1-3 declares my testimony

"I will exalt you, Lord,  for you lifted me out of the depths
    and did not let my enemies gloat over me.
 Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me.
You, Lord, brought me up from the realm of the dead;
    you spared me from going down to the pit."

I have such a desire to help women before they get stuck in "the depths" of overwhelm, anxiousness, and weariness.

God didn't create us to live in a cycle of push, push, push, crash! He has so much more for you!

I am a Certified Professional Christian Life Coach and Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Utilizing my education, experience, and the Word of God, I lead women to develop a deeper Biblical perspective, to understand their identity in Christ and the purpose He has for them so they may then pour into others out of the overflow. 

 I want you to have the strength, energy, and desire to live life victoriously and fulfilled in whatever role He has called you to in this season! As your relationship with the Lord deepens, and your  body strengthens, you will be prepared for all the Lord asks of you!
